NASM Certified Personal Trainer
My fitness journey started at the age of 3. I was a gymnast until the age 18, Floor and Vault being my best events. I excelled to level 9 and spent many summers at training camps being coached by several different Olympians. At the age of 19 I joined the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Twentynine Palms California as a Tactical Switchboard Operator. During my time in the Marine Corps I suffered from a knee injury which changed the direction of my career. I spent months rehabilitating physically and mentally where I learned to utilize weight training to strengthen my weakened muscles, stabilize imbalances and increase flexibility.
I execute assessments and instruction which allows individuals to reach realistic goals based level of fitness and commitment. I utilize functional training methods to improve health. I also educate with knowledge that will enhance individualized fitness programs. I strive to affect lives beyond the realm of the physical, by helping clients to reach goals many may have never thought they could; to strengthen the confidence, resolve and effectiveness of clients in all aspects of their lives.
