Biography:

Keith Hunter is a St. Louis native and a Soldan High School graduate. He attended McPherson College in Mcpherson, Kansas on a football scholarship where he was a four year letterman and team captain his senior year.  He was also an All-Conference running back his junior and senior year. Keith earned his degree in Sports Science.

He is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience. He is a drug-free IFPA Professional Bodybuilder. He has won several titles including Mr. Universe and Mr. Natural World. He is the promoter of the St. Louis Natural Bodybuilding Class and IFPA Pro Master Cup held in St. Louis every July.

He is not a trainer who tells his clients to live one way or another way. He is a fitness and health role model. He lives the life every day. His goal is not only to get his clients in shape, but to change their lives. He doesn’t only want to get them fit, but to educate them and fill them with knowledge that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
