Mondays

Station to Station: 12:00pm with Christy
Turbocharged workout routine that mixes cardio and strength training and has you in and out of the gym in 45 minutes. Plus, it’s infinitely and easily customized to help you reach your goals faster. Sound too good to be true? It’s not! It’s called STATION TO STATION circuit training.

Pump and Pedal: 5:00pm with PeChaz
This class offers 30 minutes of endurance, sprints, hills and more on a stationary bike, followed by 30 minutes of strength and core training.

Tuesdays

6 Pack Lunch: 12:00pm with Christy
30 Minutes, Chisel your abs and strengthen your core in this 30 minute class focused on shredding your midsection.

Strengthen and Sculpture: 12:30pm with Christy
30 minutes of total body strengthening to build and tone your body.

Kickboxing: 6:00pm with Yohance
This class utilizes kickboxing moves and heavy boxing bags to incorporate speed, strength, and power into your workout to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is designed to improve your kickboxing technique, strength, endurance, while having fun and taking out your weeks frustrations on the combat bag. Please bring gloves if you have them.

Wednesdays

Power Yoga: 12:00pm with Brighton
45 minute fitness class for building strength and endurance. Power yoga is an energetic form of yoga with fluid movements that detoxifies and energizes.

Hip-Hop Cycling: 5:00pm with PeChaz
Get ready to ride for 45 minutes to some of the latest hip hop tunes with this fun stationary ride! It’s not your traditional spin class! It’s time to get fit with drills to make you sweat.

Thursdays

Yoga: 7:00am with Sophia
A group of yoga poses sequenced together integrating breath with movement to create a powerful flow. This class helps release stress and tension, and develops strength, focus, balance, and flexibility. One hour.

H.I.I.T. Happens: 12:00pm with Christy
One hour to smash your goals faster. Short intensity burst of activity to improve strength and build lean muscle. All levels welcome!
