AFTERBURN TRAINING PROGRAM
Burn calories long after your workout is over! AfterBurn is a small group training program designed to get you in great shape, FAST! It’s a 30 minute, high-intensity anaerobic workout that speeds up your metabolism, spares lean muscle and torches body fat by putting your body into fat-burning mode long after your workout has ended. All fitness levels are encouraged to join!
Classes are held inside the gym to utilize the equipment and space (not in a classroom) and our Certified Personal Trainers teach the classes.
