This class utilizes kickboxing moves and heavy boxing bags to incorporate speed, strength, and power into your workout to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is designed to improve your kickboxing technique, strength, endurance, while having fun and taking out your weeks frustrations on the combat bag. Please bring gloves if you have them.
